WEIRDWOOD is a narrative roleplaying game of dreams, nightmares, and the darkness in between. As members of the ancient Vartijat order, players have dedicated their lives to safeguarding the boundary between the material realm and the Weirdwood, a mystical forest that exists just beyond perception and feeds up the dreams, emotions, and nightmares of humanity. 

The Weirdwood and its inhabitants take on different characteristics in every part of the world, so no two groups will encounter the same challenges. At the beginning of the game, players build the local Weirdwood collaboratively as they build their characters, populating it with unique creatures, locations, and magical elements.

Successfully funded on Kickstarter as part of ZineQuest 3, WEIRDWOOD is a 32 page zine suitable for a 3-5 person group. All you need to play are a few handfuls of dice (any style dice will do).
